Claims (4)
- 99.9重量%以上の銅を含む銅膜および
前記銅膜上の保護層を含み、
前記保護層は、前記銅膜を重クロム酸カリウム溶液に浸漬することによって形成されており、
60~70°の範囲の常温水接触角を有し、
2.4~2.7mΩ/cm範囲の常温表面抵抗率を有する、銅箔。 - 前記銅箔は190℃1時間熱処理後の水接触角減少率が0~25%範囲である、請求項1に記載の銅箔。
- 前記銅箔は190℃1時間熱処理後の表面抵抗増加率が0~5%範囲である、請求項1に記載の銅箔。
- 前記銅箔はそれぞれ0.1~0.3μmの算術平均粗さ(Ra)を有する、請求項1に記載の銅箔。
