Claims (13)
- 電池セルであって、
収容空間を有するハウジングであって、前記ハウジングには第1の収容部が設置されており、前記第1の収容部は第1の貫通孔であるハウジングと、
前記収容空間に収容され、極板を含む電極アセンブリと、
前記極板と前記ハウジングとを直接接続して、前記電極アセンブリの熱を前記ハウジングに伝導するように構成され、且つ前記第1の収容部内まで延びるように構成される熱伝導部材とを含み、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記極板の前記電極アセンブリを露出している端面に接続されている、電池セル。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、互いに接続された第1の部分と第2の部分とを含み、前記第1の部分は、前記第1の収容部内に位置し、前記第2の部分は、前記第1の部分と前記電極アセンブリとの間に位置し、前記第2の部分の面積は、前記第1の部分の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、前記第1の貫通孔をシールする蓋をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、前記ハウジングと前記電極アセンブリとの間に設置されて前記電極アセンブリと前記ハウジングとを隔離する絶縁部材をさらに含み、
前記絶縁部材には、第2の貫通孔が設置されており、前記熱伝導部材は、一端が前記極板に接続されるように構成され、他端が前記第2の貫通孔を通過して前記ハウジングに接続されるように構成され、又は、前記絶縁部材のエッジには、第1の溝が設置されており、前記熱伝導部材は、一端が前記極板に接続されるように構成され、他端が前記第1の溝を通過して前記ハウジングに接続されるように構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記絶縁部材の前記電極アセンブリに近い表面には、前記第2の貫通孔と連通する第2の溝が設けられており、前記熱伝導部材は、前記第2の溝内まで延びている、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁部材の端部にはボスが設けられており、前記ボスは、前記電極アセンブリに当接しており、前記第2の貫通孔と前記溝とが前記ボスに設置されており、
前記絶縁部材の中部には、前記電極アセンブリから離れる方向に凸となる凸部が設けられており、前記凸部内にはバリアが設けられており、前記バリアは、前記電極アセンブリの前記凸部と対向する端面まで延びて、前記熱伝導部材と前記電極アセンブリのタブとの接触を阻止する、請求項4又は5に記載の電池セル。 - 前記熱伝導部材の熱伝導係数は、前記絶縁部材の熱伝導係数よりも大きい、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、複数の前記電極アセンブリを含み、前記熱伝導部材は、複数の前記電極アセンブリの極板に接続されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ハウジングには放圧機構が設けられ、前記熱伝導部材は前記放圧機構と間隔を置いて設置されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを含む、電池。
- 前記電池は、前記ハウジングに付着された熱管理部品をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部品は、前記熱伝導部材に対応して設置される、請求項11に記載の電池。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを含み、前記電池セルは、電気エネルギーを供給するためのものであり、又はエネルギー蓄積手段としてのものである、装置。
