Description
・ コラーゲン粒子16を散布し、圧力および熱の下でカレンダー加工することによって;または
・ 微細に分散されたコラーゲン粒子16を含む溶液を吹き付け、振りかけ、またはロール塗布し、その後乾燥することによって;または
・ コラーゲン懸濁液に不織布12を浸漬し、その後、乾燥させることによって
不織布へのコラーゲン粒子16の添加を行うことができる。
第1の実施形態例によれば、コラーゲン粒子を不織布12に散布し、次いで40℃、10barで40秒間にわたって不織布12とともにプレスする。図2および図3に示すように、不織布12の表面に、粒度または粒径Iが>80μmであるコラーゲン粒子16を有する面状材料10が得られる。
さらなる一実施形態例によれば、粒径が>80μmであるコラーゲン粒子16の水性懸濁液を提供する。ここで、コラーゲン粒子16がそのサイズおよび機能性を保持するように留意する必要がある。コラーゲン粒子16の懸濁に際して、コラーゲン粒子16を直接または剪断によってさらに粉砕あるいは破壊しないために、極めて穏やかな、特に限られた時間での撹拌が指示される。このために、例えば、IKA(登録商標)Werke GmbH & CO. KG社(ドイツ)製Ultra Turrax(登録商標)シリーズの分散装置を使用することができる。
Claims (9)
- 止血において使用される創傷面治療用の面状材料(10)であって、吸収性ポリマーフィラメント(14)製の不織布(12)と、前記不織布の上および/または中に配置された粒径Iが>80μmであるコラーゲン粒子(16)とを有し、前記ポリマーフィラメント(14)が、
・ ラクチドモノマー、トリメチレンカーボネートモノマー、グリコリドモノマー、ε-カプロラクトンモノマーおよび/もしくは1,4-ジオキサン-2-オンモノマーをベースとするポリマー、もしくはポリヒドロキシブチレート(PHB)
または
・ 前記ポリマーの混合物
を含み、
前記ポリマーフィラメント(14)が、ラクチド65~87重量%と、トリメチレンカーボネート5~20重量%と、ε-カプロラクトン5~20重量%とから構成されるターポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、面状材料(10)。 - 前記コラーゲン粒子(16)が、80μm~500μmの範囲の平均粒径Iを有する、請求項1記載の面状材料(10)。
- 前記面状材料(10)が、0.4~80重量%のコラーゲン粒子(16)を有する、請求項1または2記載の面状材料(10)。
- 前記コラーゲン粒子(16)が、前記不織布(12)の表面側に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の面状材料(10)。
- 前記コラーゲン粒子(16)が、I型および/またはIII型のネイティブなコラーゲンから製造されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の面状材料(10)。
- 前記ターポリマー中に、前記ラクチドモノマー、前記トリメチレンカーボネートモノマーおよび前記ε-カプロラクトンモノマーが87/8/5~70/20/10重量%の範囲で存在する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の面状材料(10)。
- 前記面状材料(10)が、50μm~3,000μmの公称厚さdを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の面状材料(10)。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の面状材料(10)の製造方法であって、
前記コラーゲン粒子(16)を前記不織布(12)に振りかけ、前記コラーゲン粒子を有する不織布(12)に、次いでカレンダー加工を施すか、
または、前記コラーゲン粒子(16)を、溶液に懸濁させ、そのようにして得られたコラーゲン懸濁液を、次いで前記不織布(12)に施与し、最後に、前記コラーゲン粒子を有する不織布(12)を乾燥させる、
方法。 - 第2の代替的実施形態において、前記コラーゲン粒子を安定化させるために前記溶液に糖を添加するか、またはn-ヘキサン溶液を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
