Description
Claims (6)
- エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、
複数個の収容空間が形成されたモジュールケース;
前記収容空間それぞれに収納される複数個のベアセル;および
前記収容空間を覆うように前記モジュールケースに結合されるカバーを含み、
前記モジュールケースは前記収容空間それぞれに収納されたベアセルに直接接触して前記ベアセルを支持し、
前記収容空間別に前記収容空間の体積に対する前記ベアセルの体積の比率で算出される受圧率は95%以下であり、
前記モジュールケースは
前記収容空間に収納されたベアセルの下側に配置された底部材;
前記底部材の外面から上側に突出した複数個の側壁部材;および
前記側壁部材の間で前記底部材から上側に突出し、前記収容空間を区画する少なくとも一つの隔壁部材を含むものであり、
前記エネルギー貯蔵装置は、
前記ベアセルのうち少なくとも二つのベアセルを電気的に連結する複数個のバスバーを含み、
前記モジュールケースは前記収容空間それぞれで前記底部材から上側に突出した複数個の支持部材を含み、
前記支持部材それぞれは前記バスバーを支持することを特徴とする、エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記モジュールケースと前記カバーを結合させる溶接結合部を含み、
前記溶接結合部は前記側壁部材らと前記カバーを結合させる側壁結合部材、および前記隔壁部材と前記カバーを結合させる隔壁結合部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記側壁結合部材と前記隔壁結合部材は互いに連結されて前記収容空間それぞれに対して閉ループをなすことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記支持部材それぞれは
前記収容空間に収納されたベアセルに向かうように配置された支持内側面;および
前記バスバーの上部を支持するための支持上面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記バスバーそれぞれは前記支持内側面に接触するバスバー本体、および前記バスバー本体から突出した上部突出部材を含み、
前記上部突出部材は前記支持上面に接触して前記支持部材に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記モジュールケースには前記収容空間が第1軸方向に沿って離隔して配置され、
前記支持部材それぞれは前記第1軸方向を基準として前記収容空間と同じ長さで形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
