Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも所定方向に沿って並ぶ複数の活性エネルギ照射部と、
前記活性エネルギ照射部を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記筐体の外部へエアを排出する排気部と、
前記筐体の外部に供給された不活性ガスを吸引して、前記筐体の外部から内部に前記不活性ガスを流入させる不活性ガス吸引部と、を備え、
前記不活性ガス吸引部は、前記不活性ガスを吸引する吸引口を有し、
前記筐体の内部には、前記エアを流通させるエア流路と、前記不活性ガス吸引部により流入させた前記不活性ガスを流通させる不活性ガス流路と、が設けられ、
前記エア流路と不活性ガス流路とは、合流しており、
前記排気部は、前記エアとともに前記不活性ガスを排気し、
前記排気部は、ファンを有する、あるいは、配管を有し、当該配管の下流側の接続先にて前記エア及び前記不活性ガスが圧送され、
前記排気部による前記筐体の内部のエアの流れを用いて、前記不活性ガス吸引部の前記吸引口から前記不活性ガスが吸引される、活性エネルギ照射装置。 - 前記筐体の内部に収容され、前記活性エネルギ照射部と熱的に接続された空冷式のヒートシンクを備え、
前記エア流路及び前記不活性ガス流路は、前記ヒートシンクを通る、請求項1に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。 - 前記筐体の内部における前記ヒートシンクと前記排気部との間に設けられ、前記ヒートシンクを通過した前記エアを前記排気部へ流通させるダクトを備え、
前記ダクトの前記ヒートシンク側の端部は、前記ヒートシンクの放熱フィンに形成された溝に差し込まれている、請求項2に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。 - 前記不活性ガス吸引部は、前記筐体に取り付けられた構造体である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記不活性ガス吸引部は、前記吸引口から前記筐体の内部へ前記不活性ガスを流通させる回収流路を有する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記筐体外へ前記不活性ガスを供給する不活性ガス供給部を備え、
前記吸引口は、前記不活性ガス吸引部において前記不活性ガス供給部から離れる側の端部に設けられている、請求項5に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。 - 前記回収流路は、前記不活性ガスを前記不活性ガス供給部に近づく側に流通させる、請求項6に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記回収流路は、前記不活性ガスに含まれるインクミストを少なくとも捕集するフィルタを有する、請求項5~7の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記回収流路は、前記不活性ガスに含まれるインクミストを少なくとも遮蔽する遮蔽板を有する、請求項5~8の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記回収流路は、前記不活性ガスに含まれるインクミストが液化されて成るインクを溜めるインク溜まりを有する、請求項5~9の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記不活性ガス吸引部は、前記筐体に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
- 前記活性エネルギ照射部は、紫外線又は電子線を照射する、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の活性エネルギ照射装置。
