Claims (8)
- 素体と、
前記素体内に設けられるとともに開口を有する絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上において前記開口周りに互いに並行して巻回された一対の平面コイルと、前記開口に関して同じ側の縁において互いに隣り合う前記平面コイルの内側端部とそれぞれ重なるとともに前記絶縁基板を貫く一対の貫通導体とを有する一対のコイル部と、
前記絶縁基板に対して直交する断面において、前記平面コイルの内側端部の断面積が、該内側端部よりも外側部分の前記平面コイルの断面積より広く、且つ、前記貫通導体の断面積より広く、前記一対の平面コイルのそれぞれの内側端部の厚さが互いに異なる、コイル部品。 - 前記平面コイルの内側端部の高さが、該内側端部よりも外側部分の前記平面コイルの高さより低い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記平面コイルの内側端部の幅が、該内側端部よりも外側部分の前記平面コイルの幅より広い、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記平面コイルが絶縁材料で覆われており、前記平面コイルの内側端部を覆う絶縁材料の厚さが、該内側端部よりも外側部分の前記平面コイルを覆う絶縁材料の厚さより厚い、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁基板の厚さが、前記平面コイルの内側端部の厚さより薄い、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁基板の厚さが、該絶縁基板の延在方向に関する前記貫通導体の寸法より薄い、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁基板に対して直交する断面における前記貫通導体の断面形状がくびれている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記貫通導体が、前記平面コイルの内側端部に対して外側に偏倚している、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
