前記弾性粒子が樹脂製中空粒子である、[1]又は[2]に記載の電池モジュール。

前記バインダがアクリル系樹脂である、[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載の電池モジュール。

弾性粒子及びバインダを含むスラリを電池セルに塗布する工程と、
前記バインダを硬化する工程と、
を備える、電池モジュールの製造方法。

前記バインダを硬化する工程後、前記弾性粒子及び前記バインダを含む機能材の25℃及び10%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが3.0kPa以上10kPa以下であり、
前記バインダを硬化する工程後、前記機能材の70℃及び70%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが0.40MPa以上0.60MPa以下である、[5]に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。

Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルと、
隣り合う前記電池セルの間に位置する機能材と、
を備え、
前記機能材は、弾性粒子と、前記弾性粒子が分散されたバインダと、を含み、
前記機能材の25℃及び10%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが3.0kPa以上10kPa以下であり、
前記機能材の70℃及び70%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが0.40MPa以上0.60MPa以下である、電池モジュール。 - 前記弾性粒子が樹脂製中空粒子である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バインダがアクリル系樹脂である、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 弾性粒子及びバインダを含むスラリを電池セルに塗布する工程と、
前記バインダを硬化する工程と、
を備え、
前記バインダを硬化する工程後、前記弾性粒子及び前記バインダを含む機能材の25℃及び10%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが3.0kPa以上10kPa以下であり、
前記バインダを硬化する工程後、前記機能材の70℃及び70%撓みにおける圧縮力撓みが0.40MPa以上0.60MPa以下である、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記弾性粒子が樹脂製中空粒子である、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記バインダがアクリル系樹脂である、請求項4又は5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記バインダを硬化する工程において、前記バインダへ光照射して前記バインダを硬化する、請求項4又は5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
