Claims (18)
- 鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金であって、
a)25重量%~35重量%の量のニッケルと、
b)0重量%~25重量%の量のクロムと、
c)4%重量%~9%重量%の量のケイ素と、
d)5重量%~11重量%の量のリンと、
e)0重量%~1重量%の量のホウ素と、
f)残部の鉄とを含み、
a)~f)のパーセンテージを合計すると100重量%になり、
鉄、ニッケルおよびクロムの総量は84重量%~90重量%であり、a)/{a)+f)}の比は0~0.5であり、b)/{a)+b)+f)}の比は0~0.33であり、
前記鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金は、該鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金を使用して鑞付け接合部を形成することのできる温度が1100℃未満であり、
前記鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金は、
固相線温度が1030℃以下、
液相線温度が1075℃以下、および、
前記固相線温度と前記液相線温度の差が85℃未満である融点範囲
を有する、鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。 - 前記クロムの量が18重量%~25重量%であり、a)~f)のパーセンテージを合計すると100重量%になる、請求項1に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記ホウ素の量が0重量%よりも大きく1重量%未満であり、a)~f)のパーセンテージを合計すると100重量%になる、請求項1または2に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記ホウ素の量が0.1重量%~0.5重量%であり、a)~f)のパーセンテージを合計すると100重量%になる、請求項3に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- a)前記ニッケルは25重量%~35重量%の量であり、
b)前記クロムは18重量%~25重量%の量であり、
c)前記ケイ素は4重量%~9重量%の量であり、
d)前記リンは5重量%~11重量%の量であり、
e)前記ホウ素は0.1重量%~0.5重量%の量であり、
f)残部が鉄である、
請求項1に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。 - a)前記ニッケルは28重量%~33重量%の量であり、
b)前記クロムは18重量%~22重量%の量であり、
c)前記ケイ素は4.5重量%~6重量%の量であり、
d)前記リンは6重量%~10重量%の量であり、
e)前記ホウ素は0.1重量%~0.5重量%の量であり、
f)残部が鉄である、
請求項1に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。 - 前記ホウ素が0.3重量%~0.4重量%の量である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記鉄の含有量が29重量%~40重量%である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記固相線温度が1000℃以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記固相線温度が975℃以下である、請求項4または9に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記液相線温度が1050℃未満である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記固相線温度と前記液相線温度との差が50℃未満である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 前記鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金を使用して鑞付け接合部を形成することのできる温度が1060℃未満である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 粉末、アモルファス箔、アトマイズ粉末、ペースト、テープ、または焼結プリフォームの形態である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金と、バインダーとを含む、粉末スプレーコーティング材料。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金を含む熱交換器。
- 内燃機関の窒素酸化物排出(NOx)を低減するのを助ける排気ガス再循環クーラー(EGRクーラー)である、請求項16に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項16または17に記載の鉄基鑞付けフィラー合金を含む熱交換器を鑞付けするステップを含む、熱交換器を製造または修理する方法。
