Claims (2)
- 積層されている複数のプレートからなる熱交換コアと、頂部プレートと、底部プレートと、を備え、
前記熱交換コアの複数の前記プレートは、積層方向の上側にある上側端部プレート及び前記積層方向の下側にある下側端部プレートと、前記上側端部プレートと前記下側端部プレートとの間に積層されている複数の中間プレートと、を有し、
前記熱交換コアの複数の前記プレートのうち隣接する前記プレートの各組は、その間に流体が流れるようにプレート間流路を画定し、
複数の前記中間プレートの各々は、前記プレート間流路に繋がるとともに前記プレートを貫通して前記流体が前記積層方向に流れる通流部開口を有し、前記通流部開口は、前記プレート間流路の一方の端部から他方の端部に前記流体が流れることができるように前記プレート間流路を挟んだ対向位置に形成されて、一つの前記中間プレートには、端部にそれぞれ異なる流体通過用に1個ずつ2個の前記通流部開口がそれぞれ離れた位置に合計4個が設けられ、
複数の前記中間プレートの各々は、前記プレートの端部のそれぞれに、前記2個の前記通流部開口の間に貫通穴をさらに1個ずつ有し、前記貫通穴の各々は、複数の前記中間プレートを前記積層方向に貫通し且つ前記プレート間流路とは隔離されている貫通流路の一部を画定し、
前記上側端部プレートまたは前記下側端部プレートは、前記熱交換コアの平面視方向から見て一方の前記通流部開口及び前記貫通穴とオーバーラップする位置の外側に、略楕円状の縁部を有するボス部が膨出形成されており、
前記縁部は、前記熱交換コアの平面視方向から見て、前記通流部開口及び前記貫通穴の双方の外側を囲むように位置しており、前記通流部開口と前記貫通穴が前記ボス部の内部空間に開口していて、この内部空間により前記通流部開口と前記貫通流路を繋げる接続通路を構成する環流部が形成され、前記環流部により、前記通流部開口の前記積層方向の流れと前記貫通流路の前記積層方向の流れがUターンして接続されるように構成されている、熱交換器。 - 前記上側端部プレートは、
前記ボス部が下側に突出して形成されるとともに、上面に前記頂部プレートがろう付けされており、
