最初に、図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る作業機械100の概要について説明する。
次に、図1に加えて、図2を参照して、第1実施形態に係る作業機械100の具体的な構成について説明する。
次に、図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る作業機械100の搬送物重量検出機能に関する構成の詳細について説明する。図3は、第1実施形態に係る作業機械100のうちの搬送物重量検出機能に関する構成部分の一例を概略的に示す図である。
次に、図4を用いて、ブームシリンダ7の推力に基づいて、グラップル6で把持され搬送される搬送物Wの重量を算出する搬送物重量算出部61におけるグラップル6で把持され搬送される搬送物Wの重量を算出する方法について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 上部旋回体の車幅方向を第1の回動軸として、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に取り付けられるアタッチメントと、
前記第1の回動軸を法線とする平面上の軸を第2の回転軸として、前記アタッチメントに回転可能に取り付けられ、長尺の搬送物を把持する把持部と、
前記アタッチメントを回動動作するトルクに基づいて、前記搬送物の重量を算出する搬送物重量算出部と、を備える作業機械であって、
前記把持部に把持された前記搬送物の長手方向が前記上部旋回体の正面方向に対して直角となる前記把持部の所定の回転位置における前記搬送物の重量を算出する、
作業機械。 - 前記把持部の回転位置を検出するセンサを備え、
前記センサに基づいて前記把持部を所定の回転位置へ回転させる、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記把持部を撮像する撮像装置を備え、
前記撮像装置で撮像された画像に基づいて前記搬送物の回転位置を検出し、前記把持部を所定の回転位置へ回転させる、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記把持部を回転させた際の前記アタッチメントを回動動作するトルクの変化に基づいて前記搬送物の回転位置を検出し、前記把持部を所定の回転位置へ回転させる、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 上部旋回体の車幅方向を第1の回動軸として、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に取り付けられるアタッチメントと、
前記第1の回動軸を法線とする平面上の軸を第2の回転軸として、前記アタッチメントに回転可能に取り付けられ、長尺の搬送物を把持する把持部と、
前記アタッチメントを回動動作するトルクに基づいて、前記搬送物の重量を算出する搬送物重量算出部と、を備える作業機械であって、
前記把持部を回転させるとともに、前記アタッチメントを回動動作させ、
前記アタッチメントを回動動作する推力に基づいて、前記把持部に把持された前記搬送物の長手方向が前記上部旋回体の正面方向に対して直角となる所定の回転位置へ前記把持部が回転したか否かを推定し、
前記把持部が所定の回転位置へ回転した際の前記アタッチメントの前記推力に基づいて、前記搬送物の重量を算出する、
作業機械。 - 上部旋回体の車幅方向を第1の回動軸として、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に取り付けられるアタッチメントと、
前記第1の回動軸を法線とする平面上の軸を第2の回転軸として、前記アタッチメントに回転可能に取り付けられ、長尺の搬送物を把持する把持部と、
前記アタッチメントを回動動作するトルクに基づいて、前記搬送物の重量を算出する搬送物重量算出部と、を備える作業機械であって、
前記搬送物重量算出部は、前記把持部によって長尺の前記搬送物の長手方向が前記上部旋回体の正面方向に対して直角となるように把持した状態で前記搬送物の重量を算出する、
作業機械。 - 上部旋回体の車幅方向を第1の回動軸として、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に取り付けられるアタッチメントと、前記第1の回動軸を法線とする平面上の軸を第2の回転軸として、前記アタッチメントに回転可能に取り付けられ、長尺の搬送物を把持する把持部と、を備える作業機械の支援システムであって、
前記アタッチメントを回動動作するトルクに基づいて、前記搬送物の重量を算出する搬送物重量算出部と、
前記搬送物重量算出部は、前記作業機械の前記把持部によって長尺の前記搬送物の長手方向が前記上部旋回体の正面方向に対して直角となるように把持した状態で前記搬送物の重量を算出する、
