Description
図1~図6を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態を説明する。図1は本発明に係るブレーキ装置1が適用された電気自動車又はハイブリッド自動車(以下、単に自動車Vと記す。)のブレーキ系の概略構成図である。自動車Vは、車両前側に配設された左右一対の前輪2Fと、車両後側に配設された左右一対の後輪2Rとを有する。左右の前輪2Fに連結された前輪車軸3にはモータ・ジェネレータ4が機械的に連結されている。なお、差動機構は図示省略する。図示の例では自動車Vは前輪駆動とされているが、他の実施形態では、後輪2Rを駆動するモータ・ジェネレータ4を設けて後輪駆動又は四輪駆動とすることもできる。
次に、図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。本実施形態では、制御装置11が行う異常発生時の制動制御の手順が第1実施形態と異なり、ブレーキ装置1の構成は第1実施形態と同様である。第1実施形態と同一又は同様の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明は適宜省略する。

Claims (5)
- 車両のブレーキ装置であって、
ブレーキ操作子に対する運転者のブレーキ操作量に応じた液圧を発生する第1液圧発生装置と、
電動アクチュエータによってピストンを移動させることで液圧を発生させる第2液圧発生装置と、
各車輪に設けられ、液圧によって駆動される摩擦ブレーキと、
前記摩擦ブレーキが前記第1液圧発生装置及び前記第2液圧発生装置の一方と機能的に接続されるように液路を切り換える切換弁と、
前記第2液圧発生装置及び前記切換弁を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第1液圧発生装置と前記摩擦ブレーキとを連通させると共に前記第2液圧発生装置と前記摩擦ブレーキとを遮断させる第1状態と、前記第1液圧発生装置と前記摩擦ブレーキとを遮断させると共に前記第2液圧発生装置と前記摩擦ブレーキとを連通させる第2状態とで切り換わるように構成され、
前記第2液圧発生装置は、前記切換弁に接続された液圧供給ポートと、リザーバタンクに接続された大気開放ポートと、を有し、
前記切換弁が故障によって前記第1液圧発生装置及び前記第2液圧発生装置のそれぞれと前記摩擦ブレーキとを連通させる第3状態となった場合、前記制御装置は、前記ピストンによって前記大気開放ポートを閉塞するように前記第2液圧発生装置を制御する、車両のブレーキ装置。 - 前記液路における前記切換弁と前記第1液圧発生装置又は前記第2液圧発生装置との間に配置された圧力センサを更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ピストンのストローク量及び前記圧力センサの検出値に基づいて、前記切換弁が前記第3状態になったか否かを判定し、前記切換弁が前記第3状態になったと判定した場合、前記ピストンによって前記大気開放ポートを閉塞する、請求項1に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記切換弁が前記第3状態になったと判定した場合、前記ピストンを前記切換弁が前記第3状態になったと判定した時点の位置で停止させる、請求項2に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記切換弁が前記第3状態となったときに、前記第2液圧発生装置を制御して、前記大気開放ポートを閉塞する位置に前記ピストンを変位させる、請求項1に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
- 前記液路における前記切換弁と前記摩擦ブレーキとの間に設けられ、前記第1液圧発生装置又は前記第2液圧発生装置より供給される作動液の液圧を調整し、調整された液圧を前記摩擦ブレーキに作用させる車両挙動安定化装置を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記切換弁が前記第3状態となった場合、前記ブレーキ操作量に応じた液圧を前記摩擦ブレーキに作用させるべく前記車両挙動安定化装置を駆動する、請求項4に記載の車両のブレーキ装置。
