コラーゲンの細胞増加促進の活性の検出方法について、中華人民共和国医薬品業界規格YYT1849-2022組換えコラーゲンを参照してもよい。具体的な実施方法は、以下のとおりである。

検出ポリペプチド断片は、理論配列と比較して、被覆率が97.91%であり、検出結果が非常に信頼できる。
Claims (22)
- (繰り返し単位)nを含むポリペプチドであって、前記繰り返し単位は、SEQ ID NO.1のアミノ酸配列又はSEQ ID NO.1と90%~99%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を含み、各繰り返し単位が直接連結され、繰り返し単位の数nが8~20であり、前記ポリペプチドは、細胞増殖を促進する活性を有し、組換えVII型コラーゲンである、ポリペプチド。
- SEQ ID NO.4のアミノ酸配列又はSEQ ID NO.4と90%~99%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を有する、請求項1に記載のポリペプチド。
- 請求項1に記載のポリペプチドをコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む、核酸。
- SEQ ID NO.7のヌクレオチド配列又はSEQ ID NO.7と80%~99%の同一性を有するヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項3に記載の核酸。
- 精製タグをコードするヌクレオチド配列をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の核酸。
- 前記精製タグは、Hisタグ、GSTタグ、MBPタグ、SUMOタグ、又はNusAタグである、請求項5に記載の核酸。
- リーダー配列をコードするヌクレオチド配列をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の核酸。
- 請求項3に記載の核酸を含む、ベクター。
- 前記核酸に操作可能に連結された発現制御要素をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のベクター。
- 前記発現制御要素は、プロモーター、ターミネーター及び/又はエンハンサーである、請求項9に記載のベクター。
- 請求項3に記載の核酸を含む、宿主細胞。
- 前記宿主細胞は、真核細胞又は原核細胞である、請求項11に記載の宿主細胞。
- 前記真核細胞は、酵母細胞、動物細胞及び/又は昆虫細胞であり、並びに/又は、原核細胞は、大腸菌細胞である、請求項12に記載の宿主細胞。
- 適切な培養条件で宿主細胞を培養するステップ(1)と、

- インビトロでの細胞接着の促進又は細胞増殖の促進における使用のための組成物であって、請求項1又は2に記載のポリペプチド、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の核酸、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のベクター及び/又は請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の宿主細胞を含む、組成物。
- 細胞接着を促進する又は細胞増殖を促進するための製品又はキットであって、前記製品又はキットが、請求項1又は2に記載のポリペプチド、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の核酸、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のベクター及び/又は請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の宿主細胞を含む、製品又はキット。
