Claims (9)
- プリフォームにマークを形成するレーザ加工方法であって、
前記マークは複数の凹部を含み、
前記プリフォームから拡大する際の拡大率が高い方向における隣り合う2つの凹部の中心間距離が、前記拡大率が低い方向における前記隣り合う2つの凹部の中心間距離よりも狭くなるように、前記複数の凹部の形成することを特徴とするレーザ加工方法。 - 前記複数の凹部における一の凹部は、周囲に配置された全ての複数の他の凹部と隣接して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- プリフォームにマークを形成するレーザ加工方法であって、
前記マークは複数の凹部を含み、
前記複数の凹部における一の凹部は、周囲に配置された全ての複数の他の凹部と隣接して形成されたことを特徴とするレーザ加工方法。 - 前記凹部に隣接して凸部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1~3に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- 前記複数の凹部における2つの凹部は隣接して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~4に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- 前記複数の凹部における一の凹部は、複数の方向において、複数の他の凹部と隣接して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1~5に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- 前記複数の凹部における隣り合う凹部の間の加工していない領域が、成形品上で0.2mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~6に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- 前記凹部の断面が矩形状であることを特徴とする請求項1~7に記載のレーザ加工方法。
- 前記プリフォームをブロー成形した後に、レーザ加工する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~7に記載のレーザ加工方法。
