Description
取り扱い装置10は、例えば、易重合性物質の製造工程や精製工程等において易重合性物質を含む液を(一時的に)貯蔵するための機器(タンク等)、分離するための機器(蒸留塔、吸収塔、抽出塔、晶析器、ろ過機等)、熱交換するための機器(熱交換器等)、反応するための機器(反応器等、ただし気相反応器は除く)、の少なくとも一つの機器である本体部20を備えることができ、中でも貯蔵するための機器が好ましい。
本体部20は、易重合性物質を含む液を貯蔵可能である限り特に限定されないが、例えば、ガスシールが施された貯蔵タンクによって構成できる。本体部20は、加圧用のタンクであってもよいし、常圧用のタンクであってもよい。
付帯設備30は、本体部20の内圧を調整するように構成している。
温度調整機構40は、易重合性物質の凝縮を促進するように付帯設備30の温度を調整するように構成している。

Claims (8)
- 易重合性物質を取扱う本体部に設けられ、前記易重合性物質の気体が接触しうる温度調整機構を有さない付帯設備と、
前記付帯設備の温度を前記易重合性物質の沸点よりも低い温度と前記易重合性物質の融点よりも高い温度に調整する温度調整機構を有し、
前記本体部は、前記易重合性物質を貯蔵、分離、熱交換、反応するための少なくとも一つの機器である、易重合性物質の取扱い装置。 - 前記沸点よりも低い温度が50℃である、請求項1に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記温度調整機構は、熱媒体によって温度調整する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記温度調整機構は、電気ヒーターによって温度調整する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記付帯設備は、ノズル、計装機器、大気ベントおよびバルブの少なくとも一つが、直接的に前記本体部に接続されている、または前記ノズルを介して前記計装機器、前記大気ベントおよび前記バルブの少なくとも一つが前記本体部に接続されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記付帯設備は、前記本体部内の内圧に応じて排気および/または吸気を行う圧力調整バルブを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記易重合性物質に加えて前記易重合性物質の重合を防止するための重合防止剤を取り扱う、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
- 前記易重合性物質が(メタ)アクリル酸、または(メタ)アクリル酸エステルである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の易重合性物質の取扱い装置。
