Description
(a)骨材料に固定するための手段を設けた支持構造であって、前記支持構造はその厚さを貫通する係止開口を含み、前記係止開口は、開口軸の中心に置かれ、開口外形によって境界を定められ、前記係止開口は、前記少なくとも1つの関連した固定ピンが通過するように適合される、支持構造と、
(b)前記係止開口の中に嵌合され、前記少なくとも1つの固定ピンの係止を適所に確実にするために、前記少なくとも1つの固定ピンの一部に対して当接するように設計された、締結手段とを含んでもよい。
前記締結手段は、ナット軸の中心に置かれた係止ナットから構成され、前記係止ナットは、適切な工具を用いて回転させるように適合された凹部を設けた上ナット部、前記上ナット部の反対に置かれた下ナット部、支持構造の前記係止開口の前記開口ネジ山と協働するように適合されたナットネジ山を含む、外周エンベロープ、及び前記少なくとも1つの固定ピンが通過するように適合された軸方向穴の境界を定める内形によって境界を定められ、
前記係止ナットは、前記係止ナットが前記開口ネジ山の中にねじ込まれる時に変形し、前記軸方向穴内に収納された前記少なくとも1つの固定ピンの一部に対して当接するように適合された、変形可能な締結構造を更に含む。
締結構造は、下ナット部に配置された少なくとも1つの締結タブを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの締結タブは、前記ナット軸に垂直な曲げ軸を中心に曲げることによって変形可能であり、
締結構造は、下ナット部の周囲にわたって規則的に分布された複数の締結タブを含み、前記締結タブのそれぞれは、前記ナット軸に垂直な曲げ軸を中心に曲げることによって変形可能であり、前記締結タブの異なる曲げ軸は、前記ナット軸に垂直な同じ平面に置かれ、
締結構造は、2~4個、好ましくは3個の締結タブを含み、
締結構造は、前記ナット軸に対して半径方向平面に延在するスロットによって互いから離間された複数の締結タブを含み、
支持構造の係止開口の開口外形は、概して円錐台形状を有し、係止開口の開口軸に対して前記先端を切った円錐の角度は、9°~11°であり、
締結手段を形成する係止ナットの外周エンベロープは、概して円錐台形状を有し、係止ナットのナット軸に対して前記先端を切った円錐の角度は、7°~9°であり、
骨材料に支持構造を固定できる手段は、固定ネジと協働する、前記支持構造上に配置された少なくとも1つの固定開口から構成され、
支持構造は、(a)複数の固定開口と、(b)少なくともその一部が固定ピンを受領するように適合された複数の係止開口とを含む、骨接合プレートの形である。
(a)骨材料Rに支持構造4を固定するための手段41を設け、その厚さを貫通する係止開口42を含む支持構造4であって、前記係止開口42は、開口軸43の中心に置かれ、開口外形44によって境界を定められ、前記係止開口42は、固定ピン2が通過するように適合される、支持構造4と、

Claims (7)
- 支持構造(4)、この支持構造(4)を骨材料(R)に固定するための手段(41)、骨折の少なくとも一部の整復を確実にするように、骨材料(R)内に埋め込むのに適切な少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)、および記骨材料(R)の中に埋め込まれた前記少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)を適所に係止するように設計された係止手段(3)を含む骨接合装置であって、
前記支持構造(4)は、その厚さを貫通する係止開口(42)を含み、前記係止開口(42)は、開口軸(43)の中心に置かれ、開口外形(44)によって境界を定められ、前記係止開口(42)は、前記少なくとも1つの関連した固定ピン(2)が通過するように適合されるようになっており、
前記骨接合装置の前記係止手段(3)は、前記係止開口(42)の中に嵌合され、前記少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)の係止を適所に確実にするために、前記少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)の一部に対して当接するように設計された、締結手段(5)を含み、
前記開口外形(44)の少なくとも一部には、開口ネジ山(45)が設けられており、
前記締結手段(5)は、ナット軸(51)の中心に置かれた係止ナット(5)から構成され、前記係止ナット(5)は、ねじ込みまたはねじ外しのための適切な工具を用いて回転させるように適合された凹部(58)を設けた上ナット部(52)、前記上ナット部(52)の反対に置かれた下ナット部(53)、前記係止開口(42)の前記開口ネジ山(45)と協働するように適合されたナットネジ山(55)を含む外周エンベロープ(54)、及び前記少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)が通過するように適合された軸方向穴(57)の境界を定める内形(56)によって境界を定められ、前記ナットネジ山(55)は、前記外周エンベロープ54の全高にわたって、又はほぼ全高にわたって延在しており、
前記係止ナット(5)は、前記係止ナット(5)が前記開口ネジ山(45)の中にねじ込まれる時に変形し、前記軸方向穴(57)内に収納された前記少なくとも1つの固定ピン(2)の一部に対して当接するように適合された、変形可能な締結構造(59)を更に含み、
前記締結構造(59)は、前記下ナット部(53)の周囲にわたって規則的に離間され、前記ナット軸(51)に対して半径方向平面に延在するスロット(61)によって互いから離間された複数の締結タブ(60)を含み、前記締結タブ(60)のそれぞれは、前記ナット軸(51)に垂直な曲げ軸(62)を中心に曲げることによって変形可能であり、前記締結タブ(60)の異なる曲げ軸(62)は、前記ナット軸(51)に垂直な同じ平面に置かれており、
前記スロット(61)は、下ナット端部53aから係止ナット5の高さの一部にわたって延在しており、
前記係止開口(42)の前記開口外形(44)は、概ね円錐台形状を有し、前記係止ナット(5)の外周エンベロープ(54)は、概ね円錐台形状または概ね円筒形状を有し、前記係止ナット(5)の外周エンベロープ(54)が、概ね円錐台形状を有する場合、前記開口外形(44)と前記外周エンベロープ(54)は、異なる先端角度を備えている
ことを特徴とする骨接合装置。 - 前記締結構造(59)は、2~4個、好ましくは3個の締結タブ(60)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記支持構造(4)の前記係止開口(42)の前記開口外形(44)は、概して円錐台形状を有し、前記係止開口(42)の前記開口軸(43)に対して先端を切った円錐の角度(X)は、9°~11°であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記締結手段(5)を形成する前記係止ナット(5)の前記外周エンベロープ(54)は、概ね円錐台形状を有し、前記係止ナット(5)の前記ナット軸(51)に対して先端を切った円錐の角度(Y)は、7°~9°であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記骨材料(R)に前記支持構造(4)を固定できる前記手段(41)は、固定ネジ(412)と協働する、前記支持構造(4)上に配置された少なくとも1つの固定開口(411)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記支持構造(4)は、複数の固定開口(411)、及び少なくともその一部が固定ピン(2)を受領するように適合された複数の係止開口(42)を含む、骨接合プレート(4)の形であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記骨接合プレート(4)の前記固定開口(411)及び前記係止開口(42)は、それぞれが固定ネジ(412)又は固定ピン(2)のいずれも収納するように同一であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の骨接合装置。
