Claims (6)
- 前後方向に延びる平型導体が接続される平型導体用電気コネクタであって、
前記平型導体が前方へ向けて挿入されるハウジングと、
前後方向及び平型導体の厚み方向の両方向に対して直角な方向を端子配列方向として前記ハウジングに配列保持される複数の端子と、
端子配列方向で前記端子の配列範囲外に配置され前記ハウジングに保持される金具と、
端子配列方向に延びる回動軸線まわりの回動を伴って閉位置と開位置との間で移動可能な可動部材とを有し、
前記可動部材は、係止部を有し、閉位置にあるときに前記係止部の干渉により前記平型導体の抜出を阻止し、前記可動部材が開位置にあるときに前記係止部の干渉を解除して前記平型導体の抜出を許容する平型導体用電気コネクタにおいて、
前記金具は、端子配列方向で前記可動部材に隣接し端子配列方向に対して直角な板面をもつ本体部と、平型導体の厚み方向で前記可動部材に対して一方の側に位置し前記可動部材を付勢する付勢部とを有し、
前記本体部は、前後方向に延び平型導体の厚み方向に弾性変位可能な可動腕部を有し、
前記付勢部は、前記可動腕部から端子配列方向で前記可動部材側に向けて延び、前記付勢部の板面で前記可動部材を前記一方の側から付勢することを特徴とする平型導体用電気コネクタ。 - 前記可動部材は、前記付勢部の板面に接触可能なカム部を有し、
前記付勢部は、少なくとも前記可動部材の移動中に前記カム部を付勢することとする請求項1に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。 - 前記平型導体用電気コネクタは、平型導体の厚み方向に対して直角な回路基板の実装面に配置され、
前記本体部は、平型導体の厚み方向で前記可動腕部に対して他方の側に位置し前後方向に延びる固定腕部を有し、
前記金具は、前記固定腕部から端子配列方向に延び前記実装面に半田接続される固定脚部を有していることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。 - 前記固定脚部は、端子配列方向で前記付勢部と同じ側に向けて延びていることとする請求項3に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 前記金具は、前後方向における前記固定腕部の前端と前記固定脚部との間の位置に、前記ハウジングに対して前記他方の側から係止可能な係止脚部を有し、
前記係止脚部は、前記固定腕部から延びて設けられていることとする請求項3に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。 - 前記金具は、ハウジングに圧入されて取り付けられていることとする請求項1に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
