Claims (13)
- 二次電池であって、
正極膜層を含む正極シートと、
負極膜層を含む負極シートと、
電解液と、
前記正極膜層及び/又は前記負極膜層の表面に設けられ、ポリマーマトリックス及び第1の添加剤を含み、前記第1の添加剤が前記正極膜層及び/又は前記負極膜層の表面に界面膜を形成するように配置される、固体電解質と、を含み、
前記第1の添加剤は、
前記固体電解質の総質量に対する質量百分率がB1%であるホウ素含有リチウム塩と、
炭酸エステル系添加剤、硫酸エステル系添加剤及び亜硫酸エステル系添加剤のうちの一種類類又は複数種類を含み、且つ、前記固体電解質の総質量に対する質量百分率がB2%である負極成膜添加剤と、を含み、
前記固体電解質の総質量に対する前記ポリマーマトリックスの質量百分率をA%とし、
前記固体電解質の総質量に対する前記第1の添加剤の質量百分率をB%とし、
前記二次電池は、0.1≦B/A≦19、0.002≦B1/B2≦10を満たす、二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、5≦A≦99、及び/又は0.1≦B≦95を満たす、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、0.1≦B1≦50、及び/又は0.1≦B2≦50を満たす、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホウ素含有リチウム塩の分子式はLiBFaObCcPdであり、分子式の中で、0≦a≦4、0≦b≦8、0≦c≦4、0≦d≦4である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記炭酸エステル系添加剤は、環状炭酸エステル溶媒及び/又は鎖状炭酸エステル溶媒を含み、及び/又は、
前記硫酸エステル系添加剤は、環状スルホン酸エステル系添加剤及び/又は炭化水素基硫酸エステル系添加剤を含み、及び/又は、
前記亜硫酸エステル系添加剤は、亜硫酸エチレンES及び/又は亜硫酸ビニルエチレンVESを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液は、
前記電解液の総質量に対する質量百分率がM1%である環状炭酸エステル溶媒と、
前記電解液の総質量に対する質量百分率がM2%である鎖状炭酸エステル溶媒と、含み、
前記二次電池は、10-3≦M1/M2≦2を満たす、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記環状炭酸エステル溶媒は、エチレンカーボネートEC、プロピレンカーボネートPC、ビニレンカーボネートVC、フルオロエチレンカーボネートFEC、ジフルオロエチレンカーボネートDFEC、ビニルエチレンカーボネートVEC及びジオクチルカーボネートCCのうちの一種類類又は二種類類以上を含み、及び/又は、
前記鎖状炭酸エステル溶媒は、エチルアリルカーボネートAEC、ジフェニルカーボネートDPC及びメチルアリルカーボネートMAC、ポリカーボネートPC、ジエチルカーボネートDEC、エチルメチルカーボネートEMC、メチルプロピルカーボネートMPC、エチルプロピルカーボネートEPC、及びメチルブチルカーボネートMBCのうちの一種類類又は複数種類を含み、及び/又は、
酢酸メチルMA、酢酸エチルEA、プロピオン酸メチルMP及びプロピオン酸エチルEPのうちの一種類類又は複数種類を含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液は、
前記電解液の総質量に対する質量百分率がD1%である電解液成膜添加剤と、
前記電解液の総質量に対する質量百分率がD2%であるリチウム塩と、を含み、
前記二次電池は、0.2≦E/(D1+D2)≦2.95を満たし、式の中で、Eが電解液の粘度を表し、その単位がmPa・sである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固体電解質の溶液における固体質量含有量が液体質量含有量に対する百分率をmとし、
前記正極膜層の圧縮密度をP1g/cm3とし、
前記正極膜層の厚さをh1μmとし、
前記二次電池は、5≦h1*P1/m≦250を満たす、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記固体電解質の溶液における固体質量含有量が液体質量含有量に対する百分率をmとし、
前記負極膜層の圧縮密度をP2g/cm3とし、
前記負極膜層の厚さをh2μmとし、
前記二次電池は、25≦h2*P2/m≦245を満たす、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池を備える、電池モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを備える、電池パック。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール、又は請求項12に記載の電池パック、を備える、電力消費装置。
