Claims (13)
- 一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールと、
上部が開放され、前記バッテリーモジュールを収容する内部空間を備えたパックトレイ及び、前記パックトレイの上部に結合するパックカバーを備えるパックケースと、
を含み、
前記パックカバーは、
予め決定された領域に貫通して形成されたバルブ取付口を備え、前記パックトレイの上部に配置される下カバーと、
冷却水の移動経路を形成する流路領域と、
前記下カバーの上面に配置される上カバーと、
前記バルブ取付口に取り付けられ、時計回りまたは反時計回りに回転することによって前記流路領域の冷却水を前記パックトレイの内部空間へ供給または遮断するバルブユニットと、
を含み、
前記バルブユニットは、
前記バルブ取付口に挿入して配置され、回転可能に設けられた回転板と、
前記回転板の一領域に形成された排水穴と、
を含み、
前記バルブユニットは、
前記排水穴が前記流路領域とずれて連通しないように配置される閉塞状態から前記排水穴の少なくとも一部が前記流路領域の下部にマッチされて前記流路領域と連通するように配置される開放状態になるように前記回転板が所定の角度に回転可能に設けられたことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パックトレイの内部または前記バッテリーモジュールの内部に配置されるガス感知器をさらに含み、
前記バルブユニットは、前記ガス感知器のガス感知信号に基づいて回転するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バルブユニットと前記ガス感知器とが、信号伝送ケーブルによって接続していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記排水穴が、長方形で設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記流路領域は、一定の間隔で離隔して配置される直線区間及び前記直線区間を連結する曲線区間を含み、
前記排水穴は、短辺の長さが前記直線区間同士の離隔距離よりも短く、長辺の長さが前記直線区間同士の離隔距離よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールが、複数のバッテリーモジュールであり、
前記パックトレイは、前記内部空間が隔壁によって区画された複数のモジュール収容部を備え、
各前記モジュール収容部に前記バッテリーモジュールが一つずつ配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュール収容部のそれぞれは下カバーによってカバーされ、上部が密閉されるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バルブユニットは、各々の前記バッテリーモジュールの鉛直方向の上部に位置するように前記下カバーに複数個が結合したことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 一つ以上のバッテリーモジュールと、
上部が開放され、前記バッテリーモジュールを収容する内部空間を備えたパックトレイ及び、前記パックトレイの上部に結合するパックカバーを備えるパックケースと、
を含み、
前記パックカバーは、
予め決定された領域に貫通して形成されたバルブ取付口を備え、前記パックトレイの上部に配置される下カバーと、
冷却水の移動経路を形成する流路領域と、
前記下カバーの上面に配置される上カバーと、
前記バルブ取付口に取り付けられ、時計回りまたは反時計回りに回転することによって前記流路領域の冷却水を前記パックトレイの内部空間へ供給または遮断するバルブユニットと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、バッテリーセルと、前記バッテリーセルを収容するモジュールハウジングと、を備え、
前記モジュールハウジングは、上板部に所定の深さだけ陥没して形成され、一側のエッジから他側のエッジまでつながる排水路を備えることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記排水路は、前記バルブユニットの鉛直方向の下部に設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記排水路の終端部の下方には、前記バッテリーセルを電気的に接続するバスバーフレームが配置されるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックトレイの一側壁面にガス感知器が取り付けられ、前記バルブユニットと前記ガス感知器とは、信号伝送ケーブルによって接続され、
前記バルブユニットは、前記ガス感知器のガス感知信号に基づいて回転するように構成され、
前記信号伝送ケーブルは、前記モジュールハウジングの上板部に形成されたケーブル敷設溝に介在されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
