Description
<全体構成>
図1は、本開示の第1実施形態に係る熱管理システム1の全体構成の一例を示す図である。熱管理システム1は、熱管理回路100と、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)500と、HMI(Human Machine Interface)600とを備える。
第2実施形態では、十方弁200が用いられる上記第1実施形態とは異なり、十方弁400が用いられる。上記第1実施形態と同一の構成については、上記第1実施形態と同一の符号を付すとともに繰り返しの説明は行わないものとする。
Claims (2)
- 熱媒体が流通する熱管理回路に設けられる切替装置であって、
弁体ユニットと、
前記弁体ユニットに接続された複数の流通管と、を備え、
前記弁体ユニットは、
円板状の第1弁体と、
前記第1弁体に対して回転中心線を中心に相対的に回転可能に設けられるとともに、前記回転中心線が延びる軸方向において前記第1弁体の一方側に配置された円板状の第2弁体と、
前記第1弁体と前記第2弁体とにより前記軸方向に挟まれるように設けられ、前記第1弁体に対して前記回転中心線を中心に相対的に回転可能に設けられる円板状の第3弁体と、を含み、
前記第1弁体は、
前記回転中心線を中心として環状に延びる外周壁と、
前記回転中心線を中心として環状に延びるとともに前記外周壁よりも前記回転中心線側に形成された内周壁と、
前記内周壁と前記外周壁との間の空間を、前記回転中心線を中心とした周方向に区画するように設けられた10個の区画壁とを含み、
前記第1弁体には、前記外周壁と前記内周壁との間において前記10個の区画壁によって形成されている10個の第1溝部が設けられており、
前記10個の第1溝部の各々は、前記第2弁体側が開口している第1開口と、前記外周壁に形成されている第2開口とを有し、
前記10個の第1溝部のうちの一部の前記第2開口は、前記複数の流通管を通じて前記第1弁体に前記熱媒体を流入させるとともに、前記10個の第1溝部のうちの残りの一部の前記第2開口は、前記複数の流通管を通じて前記第1弁体から前記熱媒体を流出させ、
前記第2弁体には、前記回転中心線を中心に周状に延びるように形成されているとともに、前記第1弁体側に向けて開口している扇形状の複数の第2溝部が設けられており、
前記第3弁体には、前記軸方向に前記第3弁体を貫通するとともに、前記回転中心線を中心に周状に並んで配置される複数の貫通孔が設けられており、
前記第2弁体および前記第3弁体の各々が前記第1弁体に対して相対的に回転することによって、前記10個の第1溝部の各々の前記第1開口と、前記複数の第2溝部と、前記複数の貫通孔との、前記軸方向における重なり状態が切り替えられる、切替装置。 - 熱媒体が流通する熱管理回路に設けられる切替装置であって、
弁体ユニットと、
前記弁体ユニットに接続された複数の流通管と、を備え、
前記弁体ユニットは、
円板状の第1部分と円板状の第2部分とが積層されて一体的に形成されている円柱状の内周側ユニットと、
前記内周側ユニットに対して回転中心線を中心に相対的に回転可能に設けられるとともに前記内周側ユニットを外周側から取り囲むように配置される環状の外周側ユニットと、を含み、
前記内周側ユニットは、前記回転中心線を中心として環状に延びる第1外周壁を含み、
前記回転中心線が延びる方向を軸方向とすると、前記内周側ユニットには、前記第1外周壁のうち前記第1部分に対応する軸方向位置に形成される2つの第1内周側開口を接続する第1内周側溝部、および、前記第1外周壁のうち前記第2部分に対応する軸方向位置に形成される2つの第2内周側開口を接続する第2内周側溝部が、それぞれ2つずつ形成されており、
前記2つの第1内周側開口は、前記回転中心線を中心とした周方向において互いに離間しており、
前記2つの第2内周側開口は、前記周方向において互いに離間しており、
前記外周側ユニットは、
前記回転中心線を中心として環状に延びる第2外周壁と、
前記回転中心線を中心として環状に延びるとともに前記第2外周壁よりも前記回転中心線側に設けられた内周壁と、
前記第2外周壁と前記内周壁との間における空間を前記周方向に区画する複数の区画壁と、を含み、
前記第2外周壁および前記内周壁の間には、前記複数の区画壁によって形成されている8つの外周側溝部が設けられており、
前記内周壁には、前記周方向に並ぶように配置される10個の第1外周側開口が形成されており、
前記8つの外周側溝部の各々は、前記第2外周壁に形成されている第2外周側開口と連通しており、
前記8つの外周側溝部のうちの一部の前記外周側溝部は、前記複数の流通管を通じて前記外周側ユニットに前記熱媒体を流入させるとともに、前記8つの外周側溝部のうちの残りの一部の前記外周側溝部は、前記複数の流通管を通じて前記外周側ユニットから前記熱媒体を流出させ、
前記外周側ユニットが前記内周側ユニットに対して相対的に回転することによって、前記外周側ユニットの前記10個の第1外周側開口の各々と、前記2つの第1内周側開口および前記2つの第2内周側開口の各々との、径方向における重なり状態が切り替えられる、切替装置。
