Description
(a)液相を形成する非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマー;
(b)非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーによって形成される液相内に固体相として分散した固体成分であって、
固体成分は、(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有し、および:
(i)約80μm~約300μmの範囲の平均粒子サイズを有する粒子の粒子状であり、
(ii)約50℃~約90℃の融点を有する固体成分、および
(c)液相内の嫌気的硬化性組成物を硬化させるための硬化成分を含む嫌気的硬化性組成物を提供する。
嫌気的硬化性組成物は、
(a)液相を形成する非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマー;
(b)非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーによって形成される液相内に固体相として分散した固体成分であって、
固体成分は、(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有し、および:
(i)約80μm~約300μmの範囲の粒子サイズを有する粒子の粒子状であり、
(ii)約50℃~約90℃の融点を有する固体成分、および
(c)液相内の嫌気的硬化性組成物を硬化させるための硬化成分を含み、
方法は、固体成分を液相に分散させる工程を含む。
(a)組成物を流動性のある組成物として配合し、
(b)流動性組成物を基材に塗布し、
(c)固体成分が、溶融して溶融形態になり、非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーと混合して混合物を形成し、
(d)受動的または能動的に混合物を基材上に固体状に冷却する工程を含む。
、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラヒドロフラン(メタ)アクリレートおよびジ(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート(「HPMA」)、ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート(「TMPTMA」)、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(「TRIEGMA」)、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ジプロピレンジグリコールジメタクリレート、ジ(ペンタメチレングリコール)ジメタクリレート、テトラエチレンジグリコールジアクリレート、ジグリセロールテトラメタクリレート、テトラメチレンジメタクリレート、エチレンジメタクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレートおよびエトキシル化ビスフェノール-A(メタ)アクリレート(「EBIPMA」)などのビスフェノール-A-モノおよびジ(メタ)アクリレート、およびエトキシル化ビスフェノール-F(メタ)アクリレートなどのビスフェノール-F-モノおよびジ(メタ)アクリレートなどの二官能性または三官能性(メタ)アクリレートなどの多官能性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーから選択されてもよい。
R4は、水素、ハロゲンまたは1~約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキルから選択される基であり;qは、少なくとも1、好ましくは、1~約4に等しい整数であり;Xは、少なくとも2個の炭素原子を含み、総結合容量がq+1である有機基である。X中の炭素原子の数の上限に関し、本質的にいかなる値でも機能できるモノマーが存在する。しかし、実際、一般的な上限値は、約50個の炭素原子、望ましくは30個、最も望ましくは約20個である。
Y1およびY2の各々は、少なくとも2個の炭素原子、望ましくは2個~約10個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素基などの有機基であり、Zは、有機基、好ましくは少なくとも1個の炭素原子、好ましくは2~約10個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素基である。
R4は、水素、ハロゲン、または1~約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキルから選択される基であり;R6は、水素、ヒドロキシルまたは
mは、少なくとも1に等しい整数、例えば1~約15またはそれ以上、望ましくは、1~約8であり;nは、少なくとも1に等しい整数、例えば1~約40以上、望ましくは、約2~約10であり;pは、0または1である。

R9は、水素または1~7個の炭素原子を有する低級アルキルから選択され;R7は、水素、ハロゲン(例えば塩素)またはアルキル(例えばメチルおよびエチル基)から選択され、R8は、1~8個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン、フェニレンおよびナフタレンから選択される二価の有機基である。

Claims (11)
- (a)非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーを組成物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%~50重量%の量で含有する液相;
(b)液相内に分散した固体成分であって、
固体成分は、(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有し、および:
(i)300μmまでの範囲の平均粒子サイズを有する粒子の粒子状であり、
(ii)50℃~90℃の融点を有する固体成分を組成物の総重量に基づいて、15重量%~50重量%の量で含有する固体相、および
(c)液相内の非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーおよび(メタ)アクリレート官能化固体成分を硬化させるための硬化成分を含む固体コーティングを形成するための嫌気的硬化性組成物であって、
組成物が、
液相に溶解した組成物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%~30重量%のプロポキシル化ビスフェノールAフマレートポリエステルをさらに含み、
ASTM D4287で測定して、25℃で、40,000mPa・s~500,000mPa・sの粘度を有する流動性ペーストである嫌気的硬化性組成物。 - 硬化成分が、組成物の総重量に基づいて、4重量%~6重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物。
- 固体成分が、50℃~90℃の融点を有する固体嫌気的硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物。
- 固体成分が、50℃~90℃の融点を有する固体樹脂を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物。
- 組成物が、ASTM D4287で測定して、25℃で、60,000~180,000mPa・sの粘度を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物を適用した基材。
- 固体コーティングを形成するための嫌気的硬化性組成物を配合する方法であって、
嫌気的硬化性組成物は、
(a)非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーを組成物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%~50重量%の量で含有する液相;
(b)液相内に分散した固体成分であって、
固体成分は、(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有し、および:
(i)300μmまでの範囲の粒子サイズを有する粒子の粒子状であり、
(ii)50℃~90℃の融点を有する固体成分を組成物の総重量に基づいて、15重量%~50重量%の量で含有する固体相、および
(c)液相内の非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーおよび(メタ)アクリレート官能化固体成分を硬化させるための硬化成分を含み、
組成物が、
液相に溶解した組成物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%~30重量%のプロポキシル化ビスフェノールAフマレートポリエステルをさらに含み、
ASTM D4287で測定して、25℃で、40,000mPa・s~500,000mPa・sの粘度を有する流動性ペーストであり、
方法が、固体成分を液相に分散させる工程を含む方法。 - 固体成分を液相に分散させる工程後、硬化剤成分を添加することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 硬化成分が、マイクロカプセル化された形態で添加される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の嫌気的硬化性組成物を基材に適用するための方法であって、
(a)組成物を流動性のある組成物として配合し、
(b)流動性組成物を基材に適用し、
(c)固体成分が溶融して溶融形態になり、非カプセル化液体嫌気的硬化性モノマーと混合して混合物を形成し、
(d)受動的または能動的に混合物を基材上に固体状に冷却する工程を含む方法。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を利用して、共に結合された第1の基材および第2の基材を含むアセンブリ。
