Claims (14)
- 振動膜と、
磁気回路アセンブリと、コイルと、前記磁気回路アセンブリを取り囲んで設置された支持フレームとを含み、
前記コイルは、前記振動膜に接続され、少なくとも一部が前記磁気回路アセンブリによって形成された磁気ギャップに位置し、前記コイルは、通電により、前記振動膜を振動させて音声を発生させ、前記振動膜は、本体領域と、本体領域を取り囲んだエッジ領域とを含み、
前記支持フレームの第1の部分は、前記エッジ領域に接続され、前記第1の部分の厚さは、0.5mm~2mmの範囲内にあり、前記第1の部分の厚さは、前記振動膜の振動方向において、前記支持フレームと前記エッジ領域との接続領域と、前記支持フレームの前記磁気回路アセンブリに直接貼り合わされた領域との間の最小距離であり、
減圧孔が設置されたハウジングをさらに含み、
前記ハウジングの内部には接続フレームが配置され、前記ハウジング内の空間は、前記振動膜の後側に設けられたバックキャビティを含み、前記バックキャビティは、前記振動膜、前記支持フレームおよび前記磁気回路アセンブリによって囲まれる第1のキャビティ部と、前記接続フレーム、前記支持フレームおよび前記磁気回路アセンブリによって囲まれる第2のキャビティ部とを含み、前記第1のキャビティ部と前記第2のキャビティ部とは、前記支持フレームに設けられた通気孔により連通しており、前記バックキャビティの共振周波数は、3.3kHz以上である、ことを特徴とする、音響発生部。 - 前記本体領域は、第1の傾斜部と、前記コイルに接続された第1の接続部とを含み、前記第1の傾斜部は、前記エッジ領域の一部の領域に貼り合わされ、かつ前記第1の傾斜部は、前記第1の接続部に対して前記コイルから離れる方向に傾斜する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記エッジ領域は、弧状部を含み、前記弧状部の高さと前記弧状部のスパンとの比は、0.35~0.4の範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記第1の接続部に対する前記第1の傾斜部の傾斜角度は、5°~30°の範囲内にあり、前記第1の接続部は、前記振動膜の振動方向に垂直である、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記本体領域は、前記第1の接続部の前記第1の傾斜部から離れる一端に位置するドームを含み、前記ドームのスパンは、2mm~8mmの範囲内にあり、前記ドームの高さは、0.7mm~1.2mmの範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記ドームの高さとスパンとの比は、0.1~0.3の範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記支持フレームの前記第1の部分は、前記エッジ領域の第2の接続部に接続され、前記支持フレームに複数の通気孔が形成され、前記振動膜の背面の音声は、前記複数の通気孔を介して前記減圧孔に伝達され、前記複数の通気孔は、少なくとも第1の通気孔と第2の通気孔を含み、前記第1の通気孔の中心から前記減圧孔の中心までの距離は、前記第2の通気孔の中心から前記減圧孔の中心までの距離よりも大きく、かつ前記第1の通気孔の面積は、前記第2の通気孔の面積よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記振動膜の振動方向において、前記振動膜の投影面積と前記ハウジングの投影面積との比は、0.5以上である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記振動膜の振動方向において、前記振動膜の投影面積と前記ハウジングの投影面積との比は、0.8~0.95の範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記支持フレームの前記第1の部分は、前記エッジ領域の第2の接続部に接続され、前記磁気回路アセンブリは、収容部材を含み、前記磁気回路アセンブリの収容部材の底壁又は前記支持フレームに貼り合わされた側壁には、複数の通気孔が形成される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記コイルから前記第1の傾斜部までの最小距離は、0.3mm以上である、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記磁気回路アセンブリは、透磁板及び磁石を含み、前記透磁板は、前記磁石と前記振動膜との間に位置し、かつ前記磁石の表面に貼り付けられ、前記振動膜の振動方向において、前記コイルの中心と前記透磁板の中心との間の距離は、0.3mm未満である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記磁気回路アセンブリは、収容部材を含み、前記振動膜の振動方向において、前記コイルの底部と前記収容部材の底壁との間の距離は、0.2mm~4mmの範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響発生部。
- 前記コイルと前記収容部材の側壁との間の距離は、0.1mm~0.5mmの範囲内にある、ことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の音響発生部。
