In addition, it relates to a method of printing with a resin ink with good affinity and adhesion to glass, and thermally transferring a hot stamping foil by aluminum vapor deposition from above to reliably perform metallic transfer only on the printed part such as the character pattern. is there. Conventionally, in order to express glitter metallic characters on corrosive glass, a desired character pattern is printed by screen printing with a ceramic printing ink on the roughened glass surface, and then baked at 500 ° C to 600 ° C. After curing, the character pattern of the printing in the first step is accurately aligned on the character pattern with gold paste ink or silver paste ink, and then overlapped printing is performed.
Therefore, during this overprinting, it is difficult to align the first ceramic printing and the next gold-silver paste printing, and even if the positions are slightly misaligned, it may result in unclear printing or impair the aesthetic appearance, which in turn reduces the product yield. It was what I was doing. Further, the printing process requires two times, and firing is required each time, which is uneconomical in terms of time and causes a high cost. The present invention has been made for the purpose of completely improving the above-mentioned drawbacks, and embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, a rough surface 1a is formed on the surface of the glass 1 by a chemical corrosion method such as a hydrogen fluoride solution corrosion method and a physical corrosion method such as a sand blast method, and a thermosetting resin ink having adhesion and affinity with the glass is formed on the upper surface. (2) One or a mixture of two or more of epoxy, melamine, alkyd acrylic, etc. is screen-printed to print a character pattern or the like. Then leave it at room temperature or at 80 ℃
Forced drying at -100 ° C results in a substantially tack-free and partially cured but not fully cured or semi-cured state. These printings are for preventing unevenness of the rough surface 1a so that the upper surface of the printing surface has smoothness, and for making the printed portion three-dimensional by slightly rising from the rough surface. is there. Next, a hot stamping foil with aluminum vapor deposition is applied to the upper surface of the print and pressed by a heating roller or the like to obtain a metallic transfer 3 such as gold and silver. Then, after finishing this stamping, the decoration is completed by baking at 130 ° C. to 200 ° C., whereby various physical properties of printing can be improved. As described above, the present invention is characterized in that the method is extremely simple, the decorating time can be shortened as compared with the conventional overprinting, and the occurrence of defective printing due to a position shift phenomenon during overprinting can be completely eliminated. . Further, the metallic printing has an advantage that the pattern printing of the resin ink in the first step is printed so as to slightly bulge from the rough surface of the glass, so that the metallic printing has a three-dimensional effect and the glitter can be increased. Further, when the metallic transfer foil is transferred to the upper surface of the glass surface for printing in the first step, it does not adhere to any other glass surface on which no design is printed, and the occurrence of defective printing can be almost completely eliminated. It is possible.

A printing ink mainly composed of synthetic resin is printed by screen printing so that a desired character pattern or the like is raised from the glass surface, and then the raised printed portion is left at room temperature or at a predetermined temperature. After forcibly drying the printed portion to a semi-cured state with substantially no tackiness, apply a hot stamping foil with aluminum vapor deposition from the upper surface of the printed portion and press-bond with a heating elastic body to remove the character pattern, etc. A method for decorating a character pattern or the like, which comprises applying a glitter metallic transfer member only to a printed portion and baking the glitter metallic transfer member at a predetermined temperature.
