- 光素子の厚みより僅かに厚さの薄いシリコンゴ
ム板に、光素子の外形形状に比べて僅かに小さい
形に型抜きし、抜き穴には光素子を収め、シリコ
ンゴム板の両面に光素子の外形より大きくシリコ
ンゴム板の穴位置に合わせて穴を型抜きをした充
分に厚いテフロン板を用い、シリコンゴム板を挾
み押圧する様構成した光素子用治具。
