Claims (1)
- 排気板固定部を設けた排気孔を有する本体ケー
スと、前記排気板固定部に固定される固定部を有
して前記排気孔をそれぞれ閉塞するとともにアー
クガス圧により弾性変形する防塵カバーとを備え
、前記防塵カバーの内面にアークガスの流速を抑
制する邪魔突起を設けたアークガス排気装置。
