<Industrial Field of Application> The present invention has a structure in which a speaker unit is attached to an enclosure to configure a speaker system mainly for listening to music. Specifically, the vibration system is clamped and fixed between a frame and a magnetic assembly. The present invention relates to a speaker unit mounting structure in which the frame is tightened and fixed to an enclosure via screw members. <Prior art> As shown in FIG. 5, this type of conventional mounting structure fixes the vibration system 01 by directly tightening and fixing the frame 02 and the magnet assembly 03 via screw members 09. The frame 02 was clamped and fixed between the two 02 and 03, and the frame 02 was directly tightened and fixed to the enclosure 05 via the screw member 04. <Problems to be solved by the invention> In the conventional structure described above, the magnet assembly and the enclosure are physically rigidly connected. According to the law of reaction, a force in the opposite direction is applied to the magnetic assembly, causing the magnetic assembly to vibrate, which is propagated through the aforementioned threaded member to the frame and then to the enclosure. As a result, energy loss was caused, and the resonance of the enclosure caused a change in frequency characteristics, resulting in a deterioration in sound quality. In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker unit mounting structure that can suppress enclosure resonance as much as possible through simple improvements. <Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the speaker unit mounting structure according to the present invention provides a speaker unit mounting structure that includes a structure between the vibration system and the frame, and between the magnet assembly and
A vibration isolating material is interposed between the magnetic assembly and an auxiliary frame provided on the rear side thereof, and the frame and the auxiliary frame are fastened and fixedly connected without intervening the magnetic assembly. It has the following characteristics. <Operation> According to the speaker unit mounting structure according to the present invention having the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, the vibration system and the magnet assembly are physically separated from the frame and the enclosure, so that the vibration system is Even if vibration occurs in the magnet assembly in a direction relative to the vibration system due to the law of reaction accompanying vibration, the vibration energy is sufficiently absorbed and attenuated by the vibration isolating material, and the vibration is not transmitted to the frame. This will result in the spread being suppressed as much as possible. <Examples> Examples of the present invention will be described below in detail based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a vibration system consisting of a voice coil 1A, a dome-shaped diaphragm 1B, and a mounting base 1c to which an edge 1b of this diaphragm 1B is attached, and 3 is a vibration system having a center pole 3A. A magnet 3D having a donut shape is sandwiched between a yoke 3B and a plate 3C, and a gap is formed between the center pole 3A and the plate 3C in which the voice coil 1A is inserted. 2 is a frame serving as a frame for supporting the magnet assembly 3 and the vibration system 1;
A neoprene rubber vibration isolator 7 is interposed between the yoke 3B of the magnet assembly 3 and the mount 1C of the vibration system 1, and the magnet 3D provided on the back side of the yoke 3B of the magnet assembly 3 has a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the magnet 3D. Similarly to the above, a vibration isolating material 8 made of neoprene rubber is interposed between the disc-shaped auxiliary frame 6 and the yoke 3B. Then, the frame 2 and the auxiliary frame 6 are tightened and fixedly connected via bolts and nuts 9 arranged at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction at a position outside the maximum diameter outer circumferential surface of the magnetic assembly 3, A speaker system is constructed by tightening and fixing the frame 2 to the peripheral edge of the opening of the enclosure 5 via screw members 4. Although neoprene rubber is suitable as the constituent material of the vibration isolators 7 and 8, any other elastic rubber may be used. Further, a vibration isolating material may be interposed between the frame 2 and the enclosure 5, and in this case, the vibration isolating effect of the enclosure can be further enhanced. <Effects of the invention> As can be understood from the detailed explanation above, when the present invention is used, (1) the vibration of the magnet assembly that is generated as the speaker operates is transmitted to the frame and enclosure; It is possible to suppress the propagation as much as possible, thereby reducing energy loss and sound quality deterioration caused by enclosure resonance. (2) By sandwiching the magnetic assembly between the two frames, the magnetic assembly can be firmly supported by the frame while achieving the box noise reduction effect described in (1) above. . This resulted in practical effects such as: The applicant conducted the following experiment to measure the change in vibration frequency characteristics of the frame in the case of the conventional mounting structure and the mounting structure of the present invention, and obtained the results shown in Fig. 4. Obtained.

Γ Results In the graph of Figure 4, the characteristic curve shown by the solid line is for the example of the present invention, and the characteristic curve shown by the broken line is for the conventional example. The vibration acceleration level is that of the conventional example, and as is clear from this, it can be confirmed that in the case of the present invention, the vibration acceleration level of the frame is reduced compared to the conventional example.
