線に整流平滑回路が接続されたトランスと、前記
スイツチング素子の制御電極に接続されパルス巾
を制御して出力する制御回路とよりなるスイツチ
ング電源において、このスイツチング電源に流れ
る過電流を検出するカレントトランスと、このカ
レントトランスの2次巻線間に接続された終端抵
抗と、この終端抵抗と前記カレントトランスの2
次巻線との接続点間にダイオード及びコンデンサ
が接続され前記スイツチング素子のオフ時前記カ
レントトランスの出力がダイオードを介してコン
デンサに充電される充電回路と、前記ダイオード
及びコンデンサの接続点と前記ダイオード及び終
端抵抗の接続点間に接続された抵抗とを具備する
ことを特徴とするスイツチング電源の過電流検出
