Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 機械本体が用紙搬送経路を境界として上部本体
    と下部本体とに分離可能で、該上部本体は少なく
    とも像担持体と、該像担持体の表面を覆う第１の
    位置と該第１の位置から退避した第２の位置とに
    移動可能な保護部材と、該保護部材を装置本体の
    開閉操作に連動して移動する手段とを有してなる
    クラムシエル型画像形成装置の下部本体に配備さ
    れ、該下部本体の搬送用ローラ対により供給され
    たシート部材に上記上部本体に設けられた像担持
    体上のトナー像を転写するための少なくとも転写
    チヤージヤを含むチヤージヤユニツトの取付構造
    において、 上記チヤージヤユニツトを上記搬送用ローラ対
    の一方のローラを支承する軸に揺動可能に取付け
    、上記下部本体に上記チヤージヤユニツトの一部
    を係脱可能な状態で係止することにより位置決め
    保持する係合位置決め手段と、 上記チヤージヤユニツトに配設され上記保護部
    材が移動する時に上記保護部材の外壁を転接し間
    隙を一定に保持する間隙保持部材とを具備し、 上記保護部材が上記間隙保持部材に当接し押す
    ことにより、上記チヤージヤユニツトが上記係合
    位置決め手段により係止される所定位置に移動す
    ることを特徴とするチヤージヤユニツトの取付構
    造。
