Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 飲料容器の下端部に設けられて前記飲料容
    器内の飲料を下方に向けて流出させる流出管と、
    前記流出管の外部側開口の外周に螺着される有底
    円筒状のキヤツプとを備える飲料容器用コツク構
    造であつて、 前記キヤツプの底壁には、前記外部側開口の下
    端面に密着して該開口を閉塞し得るシール部が設
    けられ、前記キヤツプには、前記外部側開口の内
    径より外周側に前記外部側開口の下端と前記シー
    ル部とが離反した際に前記流出管内と外部とを連
    通させる複数の注ぎ口が穿設されたことを特徴と
    する飲料容器用コツク構造。 (2) 前記底壁の下面に、尖端が下方へ向けられ
    た円錐部を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の飲料容器用コツク構
    造。 (3) 前記キヤツプの周壁に、前記キヤツブを回
    動させるレバーを設けると共に、該レバーの先端
    側を前記キヤツプへの取付側より上方に位置させ
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の飲料容器用コツク構造。
