Claims (1)
- 発熱体が埋設されたセラミツク部材の外周部に
吸上部と蒸発部から成る多孔質部材を取付け、該
多孔質部材の吸上部を液体中に浸漬して前記発熱
体に通電することにより、前記多孔質部材の吸上
部から液体を吸上げて蒸発部から蒸発させる液体
蒸発装置。
