- 無声放電式オゾン発生器への供給気体温度を検
出する温度検出器と、該温度検出器の検出温度に
応じて放電電極の印加電圧を可変せしめる電圧制
御手段を設けたことを特徴とするオゾン発生器の
制御装置。
