Claims (1)
- 流体を導入する固定されたパイプ１１と嵌合し
てその外周面を摺動できる中空のシリンダーロツ
ド７と、このシリンダーロツド７の先端に設け流
体を噴射するノズル３と、前記パイプ１１に嵌合
させたシリンダーロツド７を前後進させる中空の
ピストン１３と、シリンダーロツド後方外周を覆
うようにパイプ１１に固設したケーシング１４と
、ケーシング１４内に設けた冷媒流路１０と、シ
リンダーロツド７前方外周を覆うようにケーシン
グ１４に固設したカバー９と、カバー９内を移動
するシリンリーロツド７の外周に設けたジヤバラ
カバー８と、シリンダーロツドと摺接する部位に
設けたＯーリング１５とからなる流体噴射用ノズ
ル。
