Claims (1)
- 一気筒に付き、１対の吸気バルブ穴と１対の排
気バルブ穴とを備え、上記１対の吸気バルブ穴を
気筒中心に対し対称位置に配すると共に、１対の
吸気バルブ穴中心を結ぶ一直線と直角を成して気
筒中心を通る他の直線上に上記一対の排気バルブ
穴を気筒中心に対し対称位置に配した、多気筒直
列型４サイクル内燃機関において、上記１対の吸
気バルブ穴に連通する２つの吸気ポートを夫々、
シリンダヘツド両側に離反して延在させると共に
、各気筒の排気バルブ穴より延びる２つの排気ポ
ートを夫々、別の隣接気筒の一排気ポートにシリ
ンダヘツド内で合流させ、以つて機関の全ての排
気ポートをシリンダヘツド片側に延在させること
を特徴とする吸・排気ポート構造。
