- 歪ゲージを接着剤で接着するための起歪体と、
該起歪体に押接可能で、かつ、調圧した圧力流体
が導入可能の弾性中空体と、該弾性中空体の反歪
ゲージ側の膨張を阻止するための保護カバーと、
からなる歪ゲージ圧着治具。
