Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ素子と投光用光学系を備えた投光
手段から出射した投光ビームを測定対象物体に投
射して投光スポツトを形成し、該投光スポツトに
よる反射光を受光用光学系と位置検出素子からな
る受光手段により受光して前記位置検出素子への
入射位置により、前記測定対象物体までの距離あ
るいはその変位量を測定するようにしてなる光電
変位計において、前記半導体レーザ素子と投光用
光学系との間に中央部に貫孔を有する孔明き凹面
鏡を配設するとともに可視光発光素子を前記孔明
き凹面鏡の前方部位に配設し、前記半導体レーザ
素子からの投光ビームに前記可視光発光素子から
の光束を重畳させてなるように構成したことを特
徴とする光電変位計。
