Claims (1)
- 光フアイバを備え、この光フアイバを湾曲状に
して樹脂ブロツクの内部に埋設し、光フアイバの
曲率半径は、光フアイバ径の３００倍以上の大き
さに設定し、光フアイバの湾曲外径側に当たる前
記樹脂ブロツクの一面を光フアイバのコアが露出
するまで切削研磨してコアの露出面により液体接
触用の界面を形成したことを特徴とする液体検知
センサ。
