Claims (1)
- 管内面に密接し、その間に閉鎖室を区画する２
つの対向配置されたシール板と、流体が通過し得
るように前記２つのシール板間を連結する連通管
と、前記シール板の一方に超音波センサを、他方
に反射板を対向配置して形成された前記閉鎖室内
の検出領域と、該検出領域に流体が入るように設
けられた導入孔とを備えたことを特徴とする管の
漏洩検知装置。
