発生すると共に該高周波磁界により誘導された高
周波電流と前記直流磁化とにより被検材に発生し
た超音波を検出する送受信コイルと前記磁極鉄心
内周の1対の磁極端両側にあり被検材を案内する
ラツパガイドとを備えた電磁超音波計測装置にお
いて、ラツパガイドの内表面粗さを0.5μ以下
