Claims (1)
- 振動子とインバータ２個と抵抗２個とコンデン
サ２個からなる発振回路の電源入力端子１０１を
直流電源２に接続した測定端子２０１と、発振回
路の出力端子１０２を市販の周波数計数器３に接
続した測定端子２０２と、入力側端子１０３に接
続した測定端子２０３と、測定端子２０３に接続
した入力上限用比較器４および入力下限用比較器
５と、発振回路の出力側端子１０４に接続した測
定端子２０４と、測定端子２０４に接続した出力
上限用比較器６および出力下限用比較器７と、各
比較器４，５，６，７の各出力に接続する各イン
バータ８，９，１０，１１を介して各出力の論理
積する論理ゲート１２とで構成したことを特徴と
する発振回路の評価装置。
