１はケーシング、２ａ，２ｂ……は圧電振動子
、３ａ，３ｂ……はポンプ室、４は吸込口、５は
吐出口、６ａ，６ｂ……はチエツク弁。

ーシングに設けられた吸込口よりこの各ポンプ室
を経てケーシングに設けられた吐出口から流体を
圧送すべく各ポンプ室にチエツク弁を設けてなる
