    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 地上に立設した柱の外周に金属環を水平に外接
    して固設し、かつ同金属環を上下に一定間隔で柱
    外周に多数配置すると共に各金属環の中心を結ぶ
    仮想線が柱の中心から一定距離離れて柱心を中心
    とした螺旋を一条又は多条描くように各金属環を
    柱に固着し、金属環による螺旋の内部を昇降路と
    したことを特徴とするスパイラル状昇降路を有す
    るタワー。
