ム２に、気嚢部３となるべき部分を多数成形して
ある気嚢フイルム４を各給気小孔１の周囲に各気
嚢部３を配するように弁膜フイルム４の上面に結
合し、弁膜フイルム４の下面に前記各気嚢部３の
直下と各気嚢部３直下の間を連通する空気通路７
とを残してベースフイルム６を結合し、空気通路
のいずれかの部分に連通する吹き込み口８を一端
に設けて成り、該吹き込み口より空気を吹き込ん
で前記給気小孔より各気嚢部へ空気を送り込み膨
張させると、弁膜フイルム２がベースフイルム６
に粘着してシールが形成されるようにしたことを
