- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内周面の中央に凸部が設けられたシリンダと、
このシリンダの前記凸部を挾む内周面のそれぞれ
に摺動可能に配設された２つのミドルピストンと
、これらのミドルピストンを介して前記シリンダ
の内周面を摺動するインナピストンと、前記イン
ナピストンに固着され前記シリンダ内を直線往復
運動するピストンロツドと、前記インナピストン
を挾む前記シリンダの両側に配設され前記インナ
ピストンを駆動する流体を給排するための流体給
排口とを備えた二重ピストン付きシリンダ装置に
おいて、 前記インナピストンはその端部の外径をその本
体の外径より小さくしたことを特徴とする二重ピ
ストン付きシリンダ装置。
