- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体導入口と流体導出口とを形成した弁室を有
する弁本体と、弁本体内に進退自在に設けられ前
記流体導出口を開閉する弁体と、前記弁本体の開
口面に取付けられ前記弁体を開閉させるパルスモ
ータとを具備し、 前記弁本体に気密に取付けられたケースにて前
記弁室に連通して形成される密閉空間に前記パル
スモータを収納したことを特徴とした制御弁。
