The service floors of each car may be different for various reasons, such as when only one car is in service on the basement floor.

A case will be explained in which three elevators A to C are in service in a building, the 1st to 5th floors are common floors, and the 1st basement floor is a different floor.

At this time, there will be no problem if the B or C car is allocated, but if the A car is allocated, an inconvenience will occur.

The only option is to either go to the 3rd floor without getting on the A car, register the hall call again on the 3rd floor, and wait for another car to be assigned. It was inconvenient and the service was poor.

As indicated in the publication, when an elevator that does not service different floors opens its doors in response to a hall call,
By announcing that there will be no service on the different floors and having the passenger press a push button for using the different floors provided inside the car, the boarding hall call for the transfer floor is automatically registered.

When a hall call is registered, the most suitable elevator is selected from among multiple elevators and assigned to that hall call, and the assignment is announced to the hall using a display device, etc., and then the hall call button for the floor is operated. Then, the most suitable elevator is selected from among the plurality of elevators that can be used for different floors, and is assigned to that hall call.
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。 Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

If the hall call has not been assigned yet, the most suitable one is selected from among all the cars (cars A to C in this case) by normal allocation calculation. A machine number is selected (step 512). Assuming that machine A is now assigned based on the evaluation of waiting time, etc., this is
At the same time as giving a forecast to passengers on the floor using indicator lights (step 513), a monitoring timer is activated (step 514) to start measuring the elapsed time after the allocation forecast. After that, the program will proceed to return, so this program ends for now, and if the passengers on the 3rd floor do nothing, the assignment will not change, and the A machine will respond to the 3rd floor and stop.

By operating , the program shown in FIG. 1 starts again.

It is desirable to provide guidance only when necessary. However, if the number of passengers using the different floors is limited to a group of people, such display guidance is not necessarily necessary.

更を行う必要がないためである。In step S15, it is determined whether the allocation has already been changed,
If the assignment has already been changed to an elevator that can be used for different floors, there is no need to make any further changes and the process proceeds to return; otherwise, the process proceeds to step 316. In step 316, if there is no different floor in front of the hall call, there is no need to change the assignment, so the process goes to return, but if there is a different floor in front of the hall call, the process goes to step 317. In step 317, it is determined whether the allocation forecast has already been made. If the allocation forecast had not yet been made, passengers waiting at the landing would not know which car would answer, and the reason why the landing call button was pressed again was due to a reason other than the request for a change in allocation. In that case, there is no need to change the allocation and the process goes to return, but if the allocation has already been predicted, the process goes to step 318. Determine whether it exists or not. If this was within the specified time limit, there is a strong possibility that the waiting passengers who saw the allocation forecast were dissatisfied with the allocation and operated the hall call button again.
If the button is operated beyond the specified time limit, it is possible that the button was operated again for another reason, such as a passenger who arrived later pressed the hall call button without knowing that the hall call was already registered. This is because there is no need to change the allocation in such a case since the nature of the allocation is large.

Assuming that car No. B is selected now, the allocation forecast is changed from car No. A to car B, step 520), and this program is terminated. Even if the hall call button is operated again after that, the process will proceed from step Sll to return via step 315, so no further assignment changes will be made, and therefore, Car B will respond to the hall call in the direction of descending to the third floor. Passengers on the third floor can go to the first basement floor without changing trains.

Since there is a high possibility that customers will be changed to an elevator that takes a longer time, if the assignment is changed when there are a mix of customers going to different floors and customers going to the common floor, the service will be worse for the customers going to the common floor. (This may happen, so instead of changing the assignment, when the hall call button is operated again, the initial assignment may be left as is and an additional elevator that can go to a different floor may be assigned. - [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, even if the desired elevator is not allocated, an elevator that can reliably operate a different floor can be allocated simply by re-operating the hall call button, and passengers can always change trains. You can go directly to a different floor without having to worry about it.
