Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の電極を相対峙させ、これらの電極によつ
て生じた電場の中央部にこの電場と垂直にイオン
化された試料を打ち込むことにより当該試料の質
量を分析する多重極形質量分析装置において、 当該電極を支持するインシユレータと電極の間
にスペーサを挿入し、前記インシユレータの熱膨
脹を電極自身の熱膨脹と前記スペーサの熱膨脹で
相殺するようにしたことを特徴とする多重極形質
量分析装置。
