- 一対の絶縁基板の片方または双方の片面に、少
なくとも重ね合せたときにコイルを形成する導体
パターンとこの導体パターンの周囲に位置する磁
性層とを形成し、これら絶縁基板を重ね合わせて
一体に固定してなることを特徴とするシートコイ
ル。
