第２図は第１図の回路の正常時及び異常時の動作
を示すタイムチヤート図、第３図及び第４図は異
常検出回路を備えた従来の定速走行装置の構成を
示す回路である。 １……定速走行制御装置、１１……制御素子（
ＣＰＵ）、１２……定速走行強制解除回路、２１
……解除弁、２２……制御弁。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 通電時にスロツトル開度を調整する制御弁と非
通電時にこの制御弁の動作を解除する解除弁とを
備えたアクチユエータと、能動素子を介して前記
制御弁に制御信号、解除弁に解除弁がＯＦＦとな
らない程度のデユーテイ比の高い解除信号を出力
する制御素子とを備える定速走行装置のアクチユ
エータ異常検出回路であつて、 前記解除弁駆動用能動素子の出力に、電荷蓄積
用抵抗と電荷放電用のダイオードの並列回路を介
して接続するコンデンサと、 前記コンデンサの電源側端子と前記制御素子の
異常検出端子との間に設けられ、前記コンデンサ
に蓄積される電荷に応じて前記異常検出端子に信
号を供給する異常検出回路と、 を備えた定速走行装置のアクチユエータ異常検
出回路。
