、 前記半導体素子の他端側と交流的アース電位と
の間に接続され、前記半導体素子の両端に印加さ
れる電圧を定常的に制限し、前記半導体素子を介
して前記信号経路から伝達されるパルス性のノイ
ズ信号に対して過渡的に低抵抗を示す切換手段か
