置において、前記圧力配管系の前記開閉弁の上流
側に夫々接続された圧力発信器及びアキユムレー
タと、これら圧力発信器及びアキユムレータの後
流側の前記圧力配管系に挿置されたオリフイスと
、前記圧力スイツチ及び前記圧力発信器に接続さ
れ前記圧力スイツチの作動信号に基づいて前記圧
力配管系における瞬時圧力を前記圧力発信器より
取り込み必要に応じて各種演算及び制御を行える
ようにしたコンピユータ装置とを更に備えたこと
