- パレツトに搭載されて供給されるワークを、パ
レツトを持ち上げ位置決めして検出するためのプ
ローブ治具において、パレツトを当接するための
押さえ板と、この押さえ板の下方に配置されパレ
ツトを載置するための載置台と、載置台の下方に
配置され上下動するブロツクを備え、ブロツクの
上端にはブロツクに対し上下動可能に構成され、
パレツトを押さえ板に押圧するためのピンと、パ
レツトを位置決めするための位置決めピンと、ワ
ークを検出する検出端子ピンとが装着されている
ことを特徴とするパレツト搭載ワーク用プローブ
治具。
